Marcia McKingley-Lewis is an Executive Coach and the founder of Kingdom Creative Solutions, Inc. a certified Woman and Minority Business. Marcia’s people-first philosophy is evident in all coaching engagements from the Reset Leadership Intensive, to C-Level Executive 1:1s.

Marcia’s passion for solving performance problems began in consulting for the Healthcare and nonprofit industries. Her client list includes marquee institutions like the Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), Dress for Success, and Make a Wish Foundation.

The behind-the-scenes view of many organizations and their operations, honed an expertise in navigating complex change management, optimization of tech systems, and development of performance strategies and roadmaps. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in business management, Marcia earned certifications in Lean and Six Sigma. When she combined her business knowledge with a knack for coaching people, she found her ideal role leveraging her people passion, business knowledge, and talent for guiding.

Marcia is an ICF-certified professional business coach empowering the human element behind business strategies. Known as the ‘Coach Whisperer,’ she works with executive leaders and teams, to provide mentorship and guidance, as they navigate organizational growth and leadership blind spots. She is a master facilitator and team builder, who creates safe places to ensure every voice is heard.

A passion for helping people extends to work with Tampa-area nonprofits. You can find Marcia in the role of Career Coach for Dress for Success Tampa Bay and actively serving on the Boards for REACHUP, Greater Palm River Community Development Corporation, and Mind Body & Soul Health Ministry, improving community health.

As a client-site commuter for many years, she’s a veteran traveler for work and fun. Always in pursuit of making the *perfect* chicken curry, she seeks out unique local spices wherever she lands. When she’s not traveling, she’s on the move dancing with her family and enjoying home in the Tampa Bay area.
